Roubas Goju Ryu Karatedo Academy(“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We operate Goju Ryu karate classes at two locations: Strathfield North Public School, Cumming Ave, North Strathfield NSW 2137, and St Gerard's Parish Hall, Carlingford NSW 2118.

We only collect information you choose to give us, and basic technical information needed to run the site:
- Information you provide through our enquiry, contact and free-trial booking forms — your name, email address, phone number, your preferred class or location, and any message or details you include (for example, who will be training).

How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and confirm or arrange a free trial class.
- To contact you (by phone, SMS or email) about your booking and getting started at the dojo.
- To provide and improve our classes, website and services.

How form submissions are handled
When you submit a form, your details are transmitted securely to trusted service providers that help us receive and follow up on your enquiry — including form-delivery and email providers, our automation/ messaging tools (used to send you a confirmation SMS or email and to alert our instructors), and we may store a copy in our own records. These providers process your data on our behalf and only for the purpose of contacting you about your enquiry.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and to measure ad performance.
